Online Training

Designed to fit demanding schedules

The one-year license provides you with access to eight hours of online training - powered by Niche Academy - to start the work of dismantling institutional racism. When you subscribe to the online training package, we'll set you up with your own institution-specific training environment. You'll be able to invite your staff/congregants to go through the training and then track their progress. Self-paced, interactive, and reflective, it focuses on practical action and implementation. The training includes more than 30 video segments, 32 response exercises, 8 assessments, and more than 10 hours of supplemental reading and external links. All videos are fully closed captioned.

Participants complete the training with an understanding of the historical roots, individual manifestations, and internal dynamics of institutional racism as well as specific principles for dismantling it at all levels of your library, nonprofit, or congregation. By developing a shared vocabulary, analysis, and road map, you will be equipped to begin the work of dismantling racism in your institution.

Our BIPOC-led teams offer specific, institution-focused assessments to identify the most effective strategies for moving forward. Our audits are eight weeks long and include a deep dive into everything that makes up your organization. This includes finances, marketing, policies, organizational structure, funders, and more. We also conduct focus groups to hear directly from your constituents. At the end of the audit, your organization will receive a thorough report to help you understand where you are on your journey of becoming an antiracist organization and how you can move forward.
